เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 18 สิงหาคม 2558 นักศึกษาและอาจารย์เจ้าหน้าที่สาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ และสาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีการอาหาร คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีได้จัดนิทรรศการ เพื่อให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกายวิภาคศาสตร์ และสาธิตการทำ gelatin flowers ให้กันนักเรียนโรงเรียนสตรีสมุทรปราการ ณ โรงเรียนสตรีสมุทรปราการ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ เนื่องในวันวิทยาศาสตร์แห่งชาติ
